Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this site, register for our classes, have your children attend our classes, or purchase any products from this site.
Use of Site
You may use our site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content, or otherwise reduce the functionality of the site. You also agree not to compromise the security of the site or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information. You also agree not to send spam to us in any way (comments, newsletter registration, email, text, or any other type of communication).
Enrollment and Payments
When enrolling in our homeschool classes, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Step Up PEP Enrollment
If you check out using the “PEP option” but refuse to complete payment through Step Up (despite being funded), you agree to pay by credit card when we invoice you. This prevents spots from being filled by families who do not intend to pay, which could otherwise be used by others.
This clause only applies to parents who register, never pay, never show up, and never respond when we reach out to confirm attendance. If that’s not you—don’t worry! This does not affect the decent, responsive parents who are actually part of our classes. We’re thankful to have you here and will always work with you if you need to make changes.
We allow families to register whose child is Awarded in Step Up but not yet Funded. If for some reason your child does not get Funded, through no fault of your own, we will not charge you for the classes your child attended.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Homeschool Extras or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
Florida PEP
Although we feel our classes qualify as eligible expenses under the Florida PEP program, it is your responsibility to ensure your program funds are used for eligible expenses that meet the individual educational needs of the scholarship student.
Health, Allergies, and Safety
When we send the class email, we ask for allergy information so we can notify other families if a child has a serious allergy and attempt to limit foods accordingly. However, you agree that your child’s health is ultimately your responsibility.
We do not normally provide food or snacks for others. Sometimes kids might share snacks (although we asked them not to), or crumbs from one child may touch another’s food. You agree that your child’s health is ultimately your responsibility.
Our classes are hands-on. That means scissors, hot glue, paint, markers, staplers, Legos, marbles, and other pokey or small objects are used by students of all ages. This is a classroom with scissors and hot glue in it! We use the same tools and toys with our own kids, and we’ll supervise the younger ones when needed (like with hot glue). But by enrolling, you agree that you’re okay with this environment and accept the risks involved. Nobody wants a child injured—we do our best to keep everyone safe.
Sometimes we adventure outside (think science experiments and exploring nature). That means contact with plants, bugs, or critters may happen. By registering, you accept responsibility for your child’s health and agree to let us know in advance if there are specific activities you don’t want your child to join in.
Faith and Environment
We do not discriminate, and we want all children to have the opportunity to learn. We also try to teach our kids to get along with others, and most of the families who have attended our classes are the same.
Please understand that kids may sometimes share what they believe to be right and wrong according to the Bible. This may include views that not everyone agrees with. If this makes you or your child uncomfortable, we encourage you to consider another program. God’s blessings to you.
We will not stop kids from talking about Jesus or what the Bible says about different topics in class, as long as it’s an appropriate time (like free talk and not when the teacher is giving instructions).
Product Purchase Terms for Kits & Physical Items
By purchasing any kit or physical product from Homeschool Extras, you agree to the following terms in addition to the general Terms and Conditions listed above.
Safe Use
All products must be used responsibly and only for their intended educational or recreational purposes. Adult supervision is recommended for any kit used by children. You agree that Homeschool Extras is not responsible for injury, damage, or accidents resulting from use, misuse, modification, or unsupervised use of any product.
Contents and Variations
Kits may include small parts or materials that could pose choking or safety hazards. These kits are intended for ages 8 and up, and by using these kits, you agree that you are responsible for yourself, your children, and the children around the kits. Colors, packaging, and exact component brands may vary based on availability. We will substitute when substitutions are necessary due to supply limitations.
Instructions
Most kits include printed or digital instructions. These are provided as a helpful guide, but results may vary based on user skill, environment, and materials used. You agree that it is your responsibility to follow instructions safely and appropriately. You agree that you will love and cherish the results that you or the intended user produces.
Returns and Refunds
Because many of our kits contain consumable items (such as paint, brushes, electronic components, or paper supplies), any kit that has been opened or used is not eligible for return or refund.
Unopened kits may be returned within 14 days at the buyer’s expense, provided they are still in resaleable condition. Refunds for returned items will be processed once the product is received and inspected. You agree to provide your order number, name, address, phone number, email, and reason for refund. You can send this information to us via email.
Shipping and Delivery
We package all orders carefully to help protect products during shipment. If an item arrives damaged, you agree to contact us within 3 business days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or another reasonable resolution.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. Homeschool Extras is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Liability
Homeschool Extras is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of any kit or its components, including but not limited to paint, adhesives, electronic parts, tools, or small objects used in crafting or building. By purchasing or using these kits and other products from our site, you agree that you, and only you, are responsible for you, your family, and the people around you. You also agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur inside your home or any area where you use these kits or products.
Digital Materials
Some products include PDFs or digital instructions. We license some of our designs from Step By Step Painting, LLC. These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without written permission from Step By Step Painting, LLC. By purchasing these kits, you agree that you cannot use these designs for your own business, including but not limited to paint parties.
Allergies and Sensitivities
Some kits may include paints, glues, metals, or other materials that could cause allergic reactions or sensitivities. It is your responsibility to review all included materials and determine whether they are safe for the intended user.
Coupons
Coupons beginning with “local” are intended for pickup orders only. If you use one of these coupons, you agree to pick up your order from our place of business within one week unless other arrangements have been made. Orders using these coupons will not be shipped. All coupons may be changed or discontinued at any time.
