Students will explore what makes Florida unique—beyond the beaches and theme parks! We’ll learn about Florida’s history, geography, agriculture, and wildlife, including some lesser-known features like Florida’s caves and underground springs. Students will discover how farming plays a big role in our state, especially citrus, and we’ll even make our own freshly squeezed orange juice. With hands-on activities, fun discussions, and simple projects, this class is designed to give students a deeper look at the state they call home.
